Refunds and Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, Nerys Griffiths Jewellery will exchange or refund any items provided they haven’t been worn and are returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.

We're afraid due to hygiene reasons the only items that cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty are Earrings.

We pride ourselves on making all items made to measure and if you require any item(s) to be made bigger/smaller or if you have any special requests, please email us at:

In order for us to process an exchange or refund, if you can email the above address with your name, address and order number (if you know it). Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note: Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date of we receive returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 7 days of receiving returned item(s).

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver to pass to you.

If you could kindly return your items via Royal Mail. If the returns are due to an error or damage on our behalf or if we sent the wrong product we will re-imburse the postage with your refund.

Faulty Items
